Few hours after yesterday’s plane crash involving a Dana aircraft McDonnell Douglas (MD-83) at Iju, Lagos, fast rising singer, Iyanya Mbuk has revealed how he missed the flight – thus narrowly escaping death.
This is so tragic and hard to accept. I hope that the families of the victim can cope of up of what had happened to their love ones. In this connection a no win no fee claims can be filed as an airline accident/fatal aircraft accident type. the family of the victim may be entitled to bring a claim for bereavement, funeral expenses and loss of household income etc..
